Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment or processing by the seller.

Once an order has been shipped or processed, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged item received

  • Missing item from order

  • Item significantly different from description

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Personalized products

  • Digital products

  • Downloadable content

Refund Process

Customers must submit refund requests within 3 days of receiving the order.

Supporting photos or evidence may be required.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or store credit, subject to seller approval and payment gateway processing timelines.
